Who else is counting the days until the Tahoe City Wine Walk this Saturday? The alfresco event, scheduled from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., will focus on varietals from Tahoe area wine producers and will also feature gourmet bites from North Lake Tahoe’s top restaurants and catering companies.

This weekend we'll celebrate the first full weekend of Spring in Tahoe and it promises to be a beautiful one. After several days of snowfall expected this week, the sun should be shining all weekend.

The holiday season has arrived & Christmas is right around the corner!  For kids who would like to meet Santa, there will be ample opportunities throughout North Lake Tahoe to spot Santa and take your picture with him! Check out the Holiday Happenings below featuring Santa Claus!

Thanksgiving is just right around the corner! What are your plans!? Visiting family? Staying home with loved ones? Taking a vacation? What about a Thanksgiving holiday weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe?? 

We’ve felt that sharp shift in the weather this week that means only one thing. Fall is here and winter is well on its way! And while you may have already had your fill of pumpkin lattes, pumpkin beer, and pumpkin muffins this season, there is one tradition still waiting to be checked off the list – pumpkin carving!

Ironman Lake Tahoe is taking place this Sunday, September 20th!  More than 2,500 athletes will be here from all over the world ready to put their bodies to the test in this extreme triathlon!

The days may be getting shorter, but the spirit of summer extends through Labor Day weekend at Lake Tahoe.

In true North Shore style, Tahoe City and Squaw Valley are going big for one last weekend with live outdoor music and a weekend shopping spree.
