The main-floor primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the upstairs junior primary suite also offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom features two bunk beds, including a double-over-single bunk. A sleep sofa in the main-floor office provides additional sleeping space.

1. Maximum occupancy is 10 Guests, excluding children under 12 (twelve) years of age.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. There is construction taking place on multiple lots in this neighborhood. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc., but some nuisance can be expected. Please inquire for details.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
