Enter this home through large wooden doors to the main floor, where just down the hall, you are welcomed into the bright and open living room. With high vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a cozy wood fireplace, you will find it easy to relax in your new home away from home. In the same space, you will find a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and a few bar seats creating an easy atmosphere to entertain while you cook. On the other side of the living room, you will find the dining room where you can enjoy your meals with a gorgeous outdoor view. The living room also offers multiple access points for the outdoor deck area where you can hang out, BBQ, or catch some sunshine. Also found on the main floor is the primary bedroom. This area has a king bed, access to the deck area, and a lofted remote office at the top of a spiral staircase. The primary bathroom has a large jetted tub and shower.
On the lower level of the home, you will find a large mudroom and access to the attached car garage giving you plenty of space to store outdoor gear. Down the hall are two more bedrooms with shared access to a full bathroom with a shower and tub. The first bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin over double bunk bed with access to medium size closet. The second room has a queen bed, medium closet access to the outside area, or stairs to the upper deck.
The upper level of this home has a lofted entertainment area that overlooks the living room. This room has a cozy couch set up with a large flat screen tv, perfect for movie nights. One sofa converts to a sleeper. There is a full bathroom with a bath and tub in this area as well.
This home has more than enough space for you and the family to find your own space to relax. Not to mention just out your front door, you have access to miles of hiking, biking, skiing, and so much more. You also have access to the Tahoe Donner HOA, which gives you access to the pool, gym, and private the Private Tahoe Donner beach.

ABOUT THE AREA
Tahoe Donner is one of America’s largest homeowner’s associations, with nearly 6,500 properties and 25,000 members enjoying over 7,000 acres in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
In the winter, enjoy on site access to cross country and downhill skiing and a snow play area which is a favorite among our younger visitors. In the summer, take advantage of the championship golf course and clubhouse, or bring the family to one of the private swimming pool complexes. You’ll also have access to a private beach club at Donner Lake, where you can avoid the crowds and spend a day paddle boarding, kayaking or sunbathing on provided chaise lounges.
Dining options within the community include The Lodge Restaurant and Pub, winner of the 2015 Open Table Diners’ Choice Award, and Pizza on the Hill, a casual spot perfect for the whole family.
Compared to other North Shore Tahoe locations, staying in Tahoe Donner cuts the drive from the bay area down by close to 45 minutes, so you’ll be enjoying the first cocktail of your vacation while others are still stuck in traffic. Tahoe Donner is minutes away from Historic Downtown Truckee, about 12 miles from Northstar California and 16 miles from Palisades Tahoe.
Included with your rental are two guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for up to four guests over the age of 6. Daily fee applies for rental guests per person per day. Children under 7 are free. Daily Access Fees are only good for single use; they are no longer transferable across amenities.
