Upon entering the first floor, you’ll find a cozy family room with a large flat-screen TV a bonus room and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. It also offers direct access to the private hot tub through a sliding door. The bonus room has a sleeper sofa, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the main level, you’ll discover the heart of the home—the living room, complete with a real wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a bright deck equipped with a BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer gatherings. The adjoining kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table that seats eight. An additional bedroom on this level includes a queen-size bed, a small flat-screen TV, and a sliding door leading to a private deck. This bedroom has convenient access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

3. Property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued if internet service is inadequate.
