The main living area of the split-level home is upstairs, with large windows looking out on the Tahoe Donner Ski Hill and forested views of the Pacific Crest and Carson Range. A comfortable seating area surrounds the gas fireplace, and another cozy sofa sits in front of the television. The floor plan is completely open, allowing for easy flow into the dining area - which seats all eight guests - and the kitchen, equipped with a gas range and full set of cookware and dishware.
The Primary bedroom sits on the upstairs main floor and is outfitted with a King bed, television, and full-size desk, making it an ideal space for those on a working vacation. The ensuite bath features a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and designated make-up vanity. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. Both spaces have Queen beds, one with a television and one with a desk, as well as a multipurpose room with bunks, a sofa, television, and access to the ground floor outdoor hot tub.
During the summer months, enjoy time outdoors on one of the home's three separate decks, and access to level open space behind the home.

In the winter, enjoy on-site access to cross country and downhill skiing and a snow play area which is a favorite among our younger visitors. In the summer, take advantage of the championship golf course and clubhouse, or bring the family to one of the private swimming pool complexes. You’ll also have access to a private beach club at Donner Lake, where you can avoid the crowds and spend a day paddle boarding, kayaking, or sunbathing on provided chaise lounges.

Compared to other North Shore Tahoe locations, staying in Tahoe Donner cuts the drive from the bay area down by close to 45 minutes, so you’ll be enjoying the first cocktail of your vacation while others are still stuck in traffic. 3. The driveway to this property has a steep upslope. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly advised during the winter months.
4. The county record shows this home as a 3 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however, there is an additional room that acts as a 4th sleeping area.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires. Â
"PET RULES" We welcome well-behaved dogs over 18 months of age at this home, as long as we have been informed about your dog(s) prior to your arrival and an additional, one-time, non-refundable $30/night pet fee has been paid for each dog (2 dogs Max)
