2. This unit provides 2 parking spaces in a shared parking lot. All parked vehicles must display 1 of the 2 parking passes provided. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The walk from the parking lot to the condo is approximately 100 yards. During the winter months, the path is cleared by the HOA.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
