The family room is equipped with a large flat screen television, plenty of seating for everyone, plus a second floor deck with more outdoor seating. Finally, the third and fourth guest rooms (both with ensuite bathrooms) offer a variety of sleeping options that will suite either the group traveling with kids or the couples ski retreat.

1. This unit does not have access to Tahoe Mountain Club or Gray's Crossing Swim & Fitness.
2. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults.
3. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. There is a lot of construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance should be expected.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
