The spacious great room with lake view features plenty of seating, and a flat screen television above the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is spacious with an open plan with the sitting and dining area, and offers granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, including a large six burner range. The 20 foot dining table is perfect for larger gatherings, and can accommodate up to ten guests.
Downstairs, the game room (perfect for kids), offers another large television, two more sofas and a ping pong table. All four bedrooms have quality linens and new beds, so everybody gets to rest in comfort after a day of enjoying the myriad of outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has on offer year round.

ABOUT THE AREA
Originally named for the semi-precious red and yellow stones peppering the shoreline, today Carnelian Bay is a favorite among dogs, kayakers, SUPers and sunset seekers. Located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, this laid back lake side town is known for great paddle boarding, and “Wet Woodys” on the deck at Gar Woods Grill & Pier.
Patton Landing is Carnelian Bay’s three acre pebbly beach, home to Waterman’s Landing, a gourmet coffee house, and a full service café. The property offers a free, nonmotorized "car top" boat launch and stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals are available so you can enjoy the lake without bringing your own watercraft. And bring Fido! The eastern portion of the beach and the deck of the café are dog friendly.
In the winter, you are just 15 minutes from Northstar, where you’ll enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar. Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows), and Homewood are all within a 25 minute drive.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Driveway is considerably steep. Four wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
