The resort also boasts a public ice rink and a variety of apres-ski and dining options. Right around the corner, you’ll enjoy the quaint charm of Downtown Truckee with its restaurants, shops, cultural events and much more for you and your family.

Start the perfect summer day playing 18 holes or riding along the Truckee River on the nearby bike path. End the day with a sunset sail on Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, less than 15 minutes south of Schaffer’s Mill.

2. Being in an exclusive, developing neighborhood, there is some construction taking place nearby. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however some nuisance may be expected. This typically dwindles in the winter months, but may still be present.
