POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:

2. Additional sleeping space in the loft is a small twin fold-out ottoman, good for a small child.
3. Parking for 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
5. This property has a metal roof, which can create a dangerous situation under certain weather conditions. Falling snow and ice from the roof can cause injury or death. Children should not be allowed to play under the eaves of the property when the roof is loaded with snow. All occupants should obey posted signage regarding falling snow & ice. Snow does NOT shed in the covered entryway.
