Perfect for hosting family and friends, the home offers two separate dining areas, including a square dining table seating eight and a round table seating six, creating flexible space for shared meals and memorable evenings together. Just outside, the multi-level deck provides a private mountain oasis complete with a hot tub and sauna for six — ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day on the slopes or hiking Tahoe’s scenic trails.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for entertaining and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, two dishwashers, a spacious island with bar seating, custom wood cabinetry, and a double sink overlooking the pine-filled front yard.
The main level also includes a convenient half bath, garage access, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath that also functions as a hallway bath.
Upstairs, a second living and entertainment area creates the ultimate retreat for both kids and adults, complete with a sectional sofa, television, wet bar with wine fridge and sink, and two pinball machines for added fun.

3. If the pinball machines become inoperable at any time, we cannot guarantee they will be repaired during your stay, as replacement parts can be difficult to obtain and repairs may take several months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
