Glistening Shores Lakefront is the one of a kind lakefront vacation rental for which you've been endlessly searching.  Featuring four guest suites in the main home AND an attached guest quarters, you'll have plenty of space for the whole extended family.  Amidst breathtaking scenery, this comfortable mountain home offers spectacular lake views from nearly every room and provides plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation.

Enter into the heart of the home, and you'll be immediately struck by the picture perfect views of Lake Tahoe. The sprawling great room not only boasts breath taking views, but offers plenty of sitting areas to enjoy private conversations, a friendly game of cards, or an afternoon nap by the 30 foot stone fireplace. The two-story living area also enjoys vaulted ceilings, a formal dining table with seating for 10 and direct access to the outdoors. The manicured back yard opens up to the tranquil shore of Lake Tahoe and the hot tub is perfectly situated under the stars, among towering green pines over looking the blue lake & white snow-capped mountains in the distance.

Flanking the great room to the east, the luxurious Master Suite is outfitted with a king bed, gas fireplace, and en suite bath with soaking tub, and separate shower.  Direct access to the back patio, makes it easy to slip out for a late night soak in the hot tub or with your first cup of Joe.  Upstairs, above the Master Suite, is situated the junior master suite.  Equally as luxurious, it offers a king bed, gas fireplace and en suite bath. Families will be comfortable in the second floor west, which houses two additional guest rooms as well as casual living room. For those in your group requiring a private space, the guest apartment is the answer. It provides a separate entrance, king bed, small sitting area and en suite bath.

Though centrally located, the gated driveway provides privacy and access to a two-car garage connected by a short walkway to the residence.

Immerse yourself in the enchanting waters of Lake Tahoe, where Carnelian Bay reigns as a paradise for paddleboarding. And when it's time to unwind, treat yourself to a signature "Wet Woody" on the expansive deck of Gar Woods Grill & Pier.

At Patton Landing, a three-acre pebbly beach, relaxation and leisure await. Waterman's Landing tempts you with its gourmet coffee house and full-service café, ensuring your cravings are satisfied. The beach provides a free "car top" boat launch, making it easy for you to embark on aquatic adventures. 

In winter, Carnelian Bay becomes a getaway to a magical wonderland. Just 15 minutes away, Northstar offers access to nearly 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres. If you're up for more winter sports and want to explore further, Palisades Tahoe and Homewood are just a convenient 20-minute drive away, offering even more opportunities to embrace the excitement of winter and immerse yourself in Lake Tahoe's stunning mountain landscapes.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 12, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 10.
2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. 
Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires. 
4. Notice to Boaters - Unfortunately Tahoe Getaways is unable to provide watercraft of any kind to our guests. Boaters are advised to provide their own dingy for buoy shuttling.  During drought years, the pier may be too shallow to navigate for some boats.  TRPA requires boat inspection/certification and a clean boating certification sticker must be procured.
5.  This home requires a special Rental Agreement and all reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Online Bookings are subject to Owner Approval.  A sales agent will contact you within 24 hours of booking.
