Included with your rental are two guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for up to four guests over the age of 6. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy are 10 adults and 3 children (under 13).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The driveway to this property has a downslope. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during the winter months.
4. Access from the ski run to the backyard is not groomed. While the property is slope side, we make no representations as to the ski access to and from the home.
5. The county record shows this home as a 4 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however, there is an additional room that acts as a 5th sleeping area.Â
6. While this home is no longer pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
7. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.Â
