POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8 adults. Sleeping arrangements for 7.
2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Outdoor furniture and is not available in the winter months.
4. The fire pit has been removed from the property and is no longer available for use.
5. Gray's Crossing amenities do NOT include access to Tahoe Mountain Club Old Greenwood Pavilion.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
