Situated on a quiet street in the heart of Tahoe Donner, this charming ski house, spanning almost 3200 square feet, features an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and two separate dining areas. Picture yourself in the cozy living room, basking in the warmth of the fireplace while gazing out at the gently falling snowflakes. The living area opens to an expansive wooded deck surrounded by majestic evergreens, offering you peace and privacy. You'll find a well-appointed kitchen with an island breakfast bar – the perfect spot for fueling up with a hearty breakfast before your mountain adventures. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the main dining area, providing ample space for up to 6 guests to enjoy delicious meals together, with an additional dining area for four more.
On the main floor, you'll discover the primary ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There's also a full bath in the hallway.
Heading down to the lower level, you'll be delighted to discover the huge game room/family room with a pool table, foosball table, darts, a flat-screen TV, and a second gas fireplace.
