POLICIES & DISCLOSURESÂ
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Â Sleeping Arrangements for 10.
2. The interior hot tub room is unavailable for renters/guest use.Â
3. Parking for 2 vehicles. Carport (1 vehicle). Shared parking lot (1 vehicle). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. The electric BBQ is only available in the summer.Â
5. The gas fireplace is for aesthetics only and not available for guest use.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. Please note: This home has a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation policy within 60 days of arrival. The 20% pre-payment is fully refundable up until 60 days before arrival. Please inquire for details.
