Martis Camp is a private community and amenities and gate access is not available to renters unless registered as a guest of an active member. When renting this home, you’ll be asked to provide your Martis Camp member number or the name and member number of the owner sponsoring your visit. Gate coordination is your responsibility to set up with the member or gatehouse themselves.

POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES: 
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Martis Camp is a private community and amenities and gate access is not available to renters unless registered as a guest of an active member. When renting this home, you’ll be asked to provide your Martis Camp member number or the name and member number of the owner sponsoring your visit. Gate coordination is your responsibility to set up with the member or gatehouse themselves.
3. A special Vacation Rental Agreement applies, check with a Tahoe Getaways agent for details
4. Parking for 4 vehicles (3 in the Summer months).  Street parking is prohibited year-round.
5. The Primary Bedroom closet is not for renter use, but there is an armoire available.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. A/C is in the bedrooms and kitchen only.

Great stay at Avoca Modern!

We stayed at this Martis Camp home for almost two weeks and absolutely loved it. We were a family of five and also hosted a few of our daughters' teenage friends, along with my sister and niece at different times. The house was quiet, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone, with private bedrooms that gave everyone a place to retreat and relax.The location is incredible and is directly across from the Camp Lodge and just a short walk to the Family Barn, which made it so easy to enjoy all that Martis Camp has to offer. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for cooking, gathering, and relaxing, and the home felt both luxurious and welcoming.This home offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and access to Martis Camp's amazing amenities. Thank you for making your home available. We can't wait to come back!

It was a pleasure to work with Tahoe Getaways from whom I rented Avoca Modern at Martis Camp last week. The staff at TG was consistently professional, friendly, and responsive. The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. I look forward to working with Tahoe Getaways on our next visit to Tahoe!

The house and location are fantastic. However, it should be noted there is no AC, which was a big problem on our stay since it was in the 90s.
