2. Parking in the garage for 2 and 3 in the driveway.
3. Use of outdoor kitchen is prohibited under the Placer County Short-Term Rental Ordinance, there is a propane grill available for guest use.
4. Pier is shared with the neighbors next door.
5. The boat lift on the pier is not available for renter use.
6. Please note: This home has a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation policy within 60 days of arrival. The 20% pre-payment is fully refundable up until 60 days before arrival. Please inquire for details.
