POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 6, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 6.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. There exists a significant number of exterior steps leading to the front entrance, rendering it unsuitable for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, it is necessary to provide a winter disclaimer due to the area's exposure to heavy snowfall. Please note that Tahoe Getaways will ensure shoveling of the steps is completed on the day of arrival exclusively. Any maintenance required to keep the steps clear during a guest's stay is the sole responsibility of the said guest, for which shovels will be provided to facilitate snow removal.
5. The laundry room is accessed through the exterior door before front door.
6. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
