The interior of this mountain cabin is equally ideal. The upstairs great room boasts an open floor plan with new, upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, large windows, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy conversing with the chef while the kids play cards at the dining table and the grandparents watch the nightly news. With a dining table for six plus five bar seats at the kitchen island, there is ample space for the whole group, but you may want to try dining al fresco on the front deck as well! On the main floor, you'll also find an elegant primary suite with a king bed and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower. Across the hall, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combo.
The lower level of this north Lake Tahoe cabin offers a casual living room perfect for kids to hang out and watch TV while the grownups socialize upstairs. There is also a full bath, bunk room, and access to the hot tub on this level as well. While there is a privacy fence around the perimeter of the backyard, neighboring homes are fairly close. This is the perfect vacation rental for those looking for a peaceful mountain escape, but the rowdier crowd may wish to look elsewhere.

ABOUT THE AREA
Just west of Kings Beach and running right along the lake, Tahoe Vista is a favorite of outdoor enthusiasts. For lake lovers, kayaking from one of several hidden beaches, or a motorized excursion from the new Tahoe Vista Recreation Area boat launch facility are two Tahoe Vista treats. For landlubbers, the nearby regional park sports year-round trailhead for mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing, a disc golf course, nature trails, and sweet swing sets.
In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing, and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world-class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink sidebar.
