As you step through the entrance of this deluxe vacation rental home, you'll appreciate the immaculate wood finishes and sweeping views of Lake Tahoe from almost every room in the house. The impressive great room, with its wood-planked ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, offers a fantastic setting for unforgettable gatherings with loved ones. The living room features a majestic wood-burning fireplace, plush furnishings, and a flat-screen TV.  It seamlessly transitions into the spacious dining area, which has a generous-sized dining table that accommodates 12 guests. Whether you choose to appreciate Lake Tahoe's beauty from indoors or step out onto the expansive deck just off the great room, you'll be treated to truly spectacular views. You'll love preparing meals in the gorgeous chef's kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, two concrete sinks, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (including a double oven with a 6-burner gas stove and built-in griddle), and two breakfast bars with seating for five.
On the main level, two ensuite bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to maximize the stunning Lake Tahoe views. One of which is the primary bedroom, adorned with a king-size bed, access to the main deck, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a lavish walk-in shower. The second bedroom presents a queen-size bed, access to the main deck, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.
Venturing down to the mid-level, you'll discover a game room- crafted for entertainment and fun! Â This delightful space features two separate decks, as well as a pool table, a foosball table, a wet bar complete with a mini fridge and microwave, a comfortable wrap-around couch, a flat-screen TV, and the home's second wood-burning fireplace. You'll also find four bedrooms, including the second primary ensuite with a king-sized bed, deck access, and a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with a twin over double bunk bed and an additional twin great for kids or younger guests. Both rooms share a well-appointed bathroom with dual sinks, a steam shower, and a standalone jetted tub.
Descending to the lower level, you'll find a family room with a pull-out couch and two more bedrooms, one outfitted with four bunk beds, a perfect space for little ones, and another with a single twin bed .  These rooms share a full bath. The lower level boasts another deck, complete with a private hot tub—your ideal spot to relax after a day of exploration around Lake Tahoe, all while soaking in the magnificent views of the lake. 6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
