Nestled among towering pines in the heart of Tahoe City, this stunning mountain-modern home blends warmth, style, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. With classic Tahoe architecture, exposed beams, and a welcoming covered entry, the home offers an immediate sense of retreat.
Inside, a thoughtfully designed mudroom with built-in storage creates the perfect drop zone for all-season gear, while the bright, open foyer leads into a luminous great room. Soaring wood-clad ceilings, expansive windows, and a striking stone fireplace define the space, creating a warm and inviting setting for gathering and relaxation.
The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the chef’s kitchen and dining area. Featuring quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a large island with bar seating, the kitchen is both functional and beautifully designed. The dining space, framed by oversized windows and a statement chandelier, offers a serene backdrop for entertaining. Â
Just off the main living area, a spacious deck offers a private outdoor escape with a hot tub and lounge seating, overlooking the fenced backyard and surrounding pines. A conveniently located laundry room with ample storage adds everyday ease.
Upstairs, the primary suite featuring a king bed is a peaceful retreat with vaulted ceilings and tranquil forest views. The spa-like ensuite includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and radiant heated floors. Two additional queen bedrooms on this level provide comfortable accommodations—one with a private ensuite bath and walk-in closet, and another with easy access to a stylish hallway bathroom.
Downstairs, a cozy secondary living area with a large sectional and flat-screen TV creates the perfect space for guests or movie nights. Sliding doors open to a covered wraparound deck with multiple seating areas and direct access to the fenced-in backyard.
