POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 7.
2. Parking in designated parking spots available for 2 vehicles only. There is no garage at the property. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to high snow load area, a 4WD is required in winter months.
4. There are 48 covered stairs to get up to the house.Â
5. The electric vehicle charger is not available for guest/ tenant usage. Â
6. Accessing terrain outside of patrolled and maintained ski resort boundaries involves significant risks. Participants must understand the inherent dangers associated with backcountry environments.Â
7. Internet access in Alpine Meadows (satellite provider) is known to be slow compared to urban standards, especially in inclement weather.Â
