1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles in shared-parking lot. Street parking is prohibited year-round. There is no garage at the property.
3. North Shore Condos has a strict NO PETS policy.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Amazing Tahoe Location for Summer and Winter!

The Northshore condo #15 delivered on every aspect of the Tahoe experience, which we rented for a calendar year. This 4-bedroom condo is updated and well stocked with everything from a gas Weber barbeque to humidifiers in each bedroom. In summer, we loved taking our meals on the south-facing deck with filtered views through the trees. Mornings we spent walking the trails in the nearby state park, and launching mountain bike rides onto the single tracks. Afternoons were by the lake with private access through the gate just a few minutes walk down the hill. We also enjoyed tennis and pickleball on the courts, or reading by the pool.In winter, we skied at Palisades and Alpine Meadows about 15-20 minutes away. We would stop at the local Sugar Pine Bakery for coffee and pastries, and stock up on their homemade granola. Ski storage locker is just outside the front door.The living area is super comfortable with gas fireplace, TV, large picture windows, dining area, and bar.The master bedroom is super spacious with comfy bed and a desk for remote work, and en suite bathroom.This is the place you are looking for!

Great summer and winter rental condo! My wife and I rented this condo for one year with another couple. The location is ideal in a very quiet location close to cross-country and downhill skiing, as well as mountain biking and hiking trails. The association has one of the best beaches in Tahoe with a nice pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The condo itself has been recently updated with very comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen and family room are cozy but can easily accommodate 8 adults without being overcrowded. The outside deck is a wonderful space and great for outdoor dining. The owners are very responsive. Overall, a little gem which we would rent again.
