Just beyond the dining area, through the French doors, a wrap-around deck and another outdoor dining area welcome guests to enjoy meals al fresco during the summer months. A private hot tub is located at the far end of the deck with plenty of sitting options in between.
Upstairs, the bunk room offers a great hang-out spot for the younger visitors with a sectional sleeper sofa, a set of bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. The sectional can pull out to accommodate 2 children as well, making it an even better configuration for two families traveling together. At the opposite end of the open loft walkway, a spacious guest room offers up a vaulted ceiling and a queen bed with a forest view. Downstairs, the third bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom across the hallway, and sliding glass doors with direct access to hot tub via the wrap-around deck.
Travelers looking for something more active, will love that within walking distance from the home, you will find the North Tahoe Regional Park, where you can hike, bike, and even get in a round of disc golf. In the winter, the Regional Park offers sledding hills and cross country ski trails as well.

Just west of Kings Beach and running right along the lake, Tahoe Vista is a favorite of outdoor enthusiasts. For lake lovers, kayaking from one of several hidden beaches, or a motorized excursion from the new Tahoe Vista Recreation Area boat launch facility are two Tahoe Vista treats. For landlubbers, the nearby Regional Park sports year-round trailheads for mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, a disc golf course, nature trails, and sweet swing sets.
In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar, California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world-class terrain parks, cross-country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000-square-foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.
