This split-level Tahoe Donner chalet style home offers comfort, ease and adventure out your front door, and with a super flat driveway it's easy in and out as well! Located in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive away from the ski slopes in the winter, the golf course in the summer and downtown Truckee where you will find amazing shops and restaurants.
The double-door foyer welcomes guests with benches to remove and stow gear and keep the home warm in the winter. Up a short flight of stairs the main living area has a bright and open floor design, over-sized picture and floor-to-ceiling windows and a u-shaped wrap-around kitchen with bar seating that opens to the spacious living room with a gas fireplace; the prefect gathering place. The open-concept dining area seats six guests comfortably with extra seating at the bar. Just outside of the living area a large upstairs deck awaits, great for relaxing or enjoying a meal together during the warmer months. The primary bedroom, also located on the upstairs main level welcomes guests with a king bed and en suite bathroom.
Downstairs, the second bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom just outside the door in the hallway. Further down the hallway a bunk room features two single bunk beds perfect for the younger travelers to unwind after a full day of activities. Located just at the bottom of the stairs and and additional sleeping area with a full bed and sectional sofa welcomes guests to relax and enjoy a good book.
