Lovely house in beautiful setting
This is a lovely house, exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The lake is a very short walk away with a small public pebble beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of seating for a full house. Two caveats--the street noise is very noticeable, as mentioned in other reviews. With the windows open on a warm night, the bedrooms facing the lake are not amenable to light sleepers. And also for those troubled sleepers, the beds are pretty bad, especially the two single beds with trundles. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

we loved this house. it was perfect for our family. we attended a family wedding at West Shore, so it was close. we had a few black ants in. the upstairs master bathroom, and a few spiders in the downstairs bedroom, but it wasn't bad. I recommended your services to lots of wedding guests. and I would use you again.

Perfect house for a group attending a wedding. Plenty of room. Deck with partial lake view. Great new walk/bike trail to Homewood. Only recommendation is that sheets and towels definitely need to be upgraded.

Very well built and mostly well cared for home. Big layout, specially upstairs with plenty of sleeping options.
Another Great Vacation at Tahoe
For our second year we had a great vacation at this house by Lake. Grandma called it the tree house since the deck and most of the windows look out to the beautiful fir trees.
Perfect stay
Cabin on Sans Souci was great! Perfect house and perfect location. We have absolutely zero complaints.
Sans Souci Terrance Review
We really enjoyed the home. Offered all the space we needed and we loved being close to the lake. All the rooms offered us privacy and the great room was perfect for a large family.<br /><br />I would suggest a few things. Cable cuts out often and restarts - not sure why but the signal must be weak. WIFI should be upstairs, not downstairs. Very weak signal in main part of house. A few more drinking glasses would be nice and perhaps add some cocktail size glasses.<br /><br />We will probably rent this house again. Loved it.

Good. House had broken glass all over floor and two of the guest stepped on it. Beds with the exception of master were really bad. The house was very nice and new. good location
The perfect West lake house
We rented this house as a ski lease and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Plenty of room for a family of 5 and a great setup to accommodate 2 families.
Family reunion
Had a wonderful stay at Sans Souci Terrace. The living area was open and beautifully furnished. Very nicely situated on a quiet street, but close to the main highway and lake. Would definitely recommend.
Sans Souci Terrace
Our experience was great-the house was very clean when we got there. It had ample space (especially love the kitchen/great room) and a great set-up for 2 families. The nearby road noise was a little louder than I would have anticipated, but only noticeable with the windows open. Other than that, great location and would rent again.
Sans Souci Success
We were 9 people and two dogs. All of us slept well and we loved the house. The great room upstairs was a big plus. We cooked meals and still were able to be part of everything that was going on. I would rate this place as 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for a 4 is due to a steep driveway that would be a problem in the winter and the lack of a real fireplace.

3. The driveway deserves special disclosure when firm/icy conditions exist. From street level to the property is downward sloping. Extra caution must be used when driving in icy conditions.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
