We are open 7 days/week from 9AM to 6PM. Office hours may vary, and are subject to change, please call ahead.

Minimum Age Requirement: 25 Years Old
Tahoe Getaways reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the age of 25. The legal signator named on the Vacation Rental Agreement must occupy the property during the dates listed on the Agreement and is responsible for all Guests staying at the property during their stay. Identification is required for all reservations. This policy does not apply to rentals in excess of 30 days.
- No pets of any kind are permitted in or around any of our vacation homes without prior approval. At our vacation homes where pets are considered, guests may bring up to two well-traveled, adult dogs when approved by a Tahoe Getaways Vacation Specialist. Payment of a $30/night pet fee per dog is required. We do not allow dogs under the age of 18 months, cats, or any other pets at any time. Please be aware our Damage Waiver does NOT cover accidental damage caused by your dog. .We are happy to accommodate any individuals requiring the assistance of a trained Service Animal. Emotional support animals, therapy dogs, or service dogs traveling without an individual with a disability requiring their assistance are not permitted in homes where pets are not allowed.
Check In/Check Out Procedures:
- Check in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests may travel direct to their rental property if proper ID is provided to our Guest Services team in advance. When availability permits, we do offer the option to upgrade to Priority Check-In, which will allow you access to the property at 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Because occupancy cannot be predicted, we are unable to confirm availability of Priority Check-In until 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If available, we will reach out to you at this time, and the upgrade may be added for $75.
- Check out instructions are posted in each Property and are given to Guest upon check in. Check out time is 10:00 AM on the departure date. A $75.00 fee will be charged for each 1/2 hour past the required check out time. Please read and follow the check-out directions prior to departure. When availability permits, we do offer the option to purchase a late check-out, which will allow you use of the property until 3:00 pm. Because occupancy cannot be predicted, we are unable to confirm availability of late check-out until 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If available, we will reach out to you at this time, and late check-out may be added for $100.

When the unexpected happens, we want you to recover your investment along with the ability to plan again. Trip Preserver provides the most comprehensive coverage for guests including reimbursement for Trip Delays or Cancellations for any of the Covered reasons (up to $100,000) as well as Emergency Assistance and Travel Services. Security Deposit Protection:
Unless other security deposit arrangements have been made, a Damage Waiver Fee IS included in the total cost of this reservation, TRPM insures unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, PROVIDED DAMAGE IS DISCLOSED TO MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT. TRPM will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of the TRPM Vacation Rental Properties, an authorized guest causes any damage to real or personal property at the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, TRPM will cover the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. The Damage Waiver Fee is not mandatory. In such cases where the Damage Waiver Fee is declined by Guest, a separate deposit will be collected at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary by property and will be returned within 21 days of departure, assuming no resulting loss was incurred during the guest’s stay. All damage must be reported to TRPM, failure to do so may result in the revocation of any benefit payable or covered by TRPM. Participation in this plan does not negate Guest’s responsibility for damage. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs except for “normal wear and tear” and Guest hereby authorizes TRPM to charge the Guest’s credit card to cover said costs in excess of the maximum benefit allowed under any applicable Security Deposit and or Damage Waiver Fee. If cost of replacement or repairs exceeds the Guest’s credit limit on Guest’s credit card, Guest agrees to pay the difference to TRPM. In the event of a dispute concerning a security deposit, dispute resolution shall take place in the County where the vacation rental property is located.
