The Lake Tahoe Dance Festival is a celebration of classical, modern, and contemporary dance as performed by the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective. The festival is directed by Constantine Baecher and Christin Hanna, who met in 1998 at American Ballet Theatre's summer program in New York.

The festival features three days of performances by artists and young dancers and also includes audience participation, artists talks, demonstrations, installations, and more. The opening night gala starts July 24 at 5 p.m at Gatekeeper's Museum in Tahoe City, and performances take place both at the museum and at West End Beach at Donner Lake in Truckee.

The Lake Tahoe Dance Festival also features a workshop for dancers ages 10 and up to study with festival collaborators and teachers.
