Gray's Crossing - June 2nd
The Golf Club at Gray’s Crossing is a Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy designed championship golf course nestled in Truckee, California. At Gray’s Crossing, golfers will experience “a return to tradition,” as the course meets golf enthusiasts’ demands to play a course with a traditional, private club feel. Fast greens and tournament-like conditions await golfers every day. Demanding a combination of creative club choices and tactical strategies, the Jacobsen design reveals his passion for fun, yet challenging play. Towering Lodgepole and Jeffrey Pines line the fairways as the course weaves through a natural mountain surrounding with Mt. Rose as its backdrop. When calculating each shot, the environment plays as much a role as the course.
Tahoe Donner - June 2nd
Located just minutes off Interstate 80 in Truckee, Calif., the Tahoe Donner Golf Course is one of the premier public golf courses in the high Sierra. This 18-hole, 7,002-yard par-72 championship golf course is located on 200-acres of pristine Sierra landscape with towering pines featuring stunning views and meandering creeks, granite rock formations, elevations changes and greens so consistently pure they have been recognized as the “Best Greens in the Tahoe Region.” Tahoe Donner Golf Course is a true mountain course where golfers can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural surroundings for an incredible value.
Coyote Moon - June 9th
Coyote Moon Golf Course is one of the finest mountain golf experiences in the country. Residing in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area, Coyote Moon sits on 250 acres of secluded rolling hills amidst towering pines, enormous granite outcroppings, wildflowers and the beautiful Trout Creek. The vistas plus fresh mountain air equals near perfection. Without a single home to spoil the view, playing Coyote Moon offers an experience seldom found in golf today. Coyote Moon Golf Course is a challenging but fair test of Lake Tahoe golf. All levels of golfers will be tested, yet all will enjoy their round. Most tee shots offer ample landing areas as there are only a few forced carries. From the landing areas, most holes funnel down to medium-sized, undulating greens that are well protected by trees, sand and water. The golf course was designed by Brad Bell, a former PGA Tour player, well known for creating highly praised golf courses around the central valley.
