Rubicon Pizza Company

Located in the Northstar Village, right by the ice skating rink, Rubicon Pizza Co. was established in 2007 and is the sister restaurant of Fireside Pizza Co. in Squaw Valley, CA and Base Camp Pizza Co. in South Lake Tahoe, CA. They specialize in Californian styled pizza dishes but also brush the palette on a wide variety of pastas, salads, beers, wines, and desserts.

Rubicon Pizza Company also offers daily pizza specials and serves the full menu at the bar. Rubicon is a great place to watch the game and have a drink after a long day on the hill.
