With annual sales of over $3 million equating to over 2000 reservations per year at over 100 quality homes, we have grown to be one of the industry leaders in the North Tahoe area. With a core team of 5 talented Real Estate, Property and Operations managers, We have cumulated over 50 years of experience in the local rental market. From there, we work with over 50 established local service providers to help us provide first class home care and rental management, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alan Heoney, Broker/Partner
A 30-year resident of North Lake Tahoe, Alan is one of the area’s most knowledgeable and entrepreneurial Realtors. He is the Broker of Record for Tahoe Resort Property Management as well as the Broker/Partner with Better Homes and Gardens, formerly Prudential Real Estate, where is has earned most of their national sales awards. Recognized for innovative resort home marketing, both locally and nationally, Alan specializes in the luxury lakefront property market. At Tahoe Resort Property Management he focuses on providing insight and direction to position the company for long-term success.

Jim Winterberger, Managing Partner
After founding Tahoe Getaways in 2001, and now in a general managerial role, Jim is responsible for the oversight of all day to day operations at Tahoe Getaways. In that capacity, Jim has a vested interest in meeting the needs of the companies various stakeholders; including owners, guests, staff, vendors, and community. Jim has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. Originally from New Jersey, Jim currently resides in Truckee, CA with his wife and two young children.

Cynthia Braga, Property Manager
As Tahoe Resort Property Management’s Business Manager, Cynthia’s responsibilities revolve around the company’s marketing, finance, and promotional efforts. While managing the daily accounting and financing tasks, Cynthia’s primary focus is improving marketing and operational efficiencies with better forecasting tools and strategic analysis. Cynthia received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. She has also studied international business at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Originally from Massachusetts, Cynthia currently resides in Tahoe City, CA.

Beth Taylor, Property Manager
Beth’s primary responsibility is to oversee sales and reservations as well as work with property owners to ensure the highest levels of production and customer service are achieved. Extensively experienced in hospitality, Beth came to Tahoe Getaways after a successful role at Tahoe Moon Properties. Beth has a degree in fashion design from the Auckland Institute of Technology, in Auckland, New Zealand. A native Kiwi, Beth currently lives in Alpine Meadows, CA with her husband.

Luke Eberle, Operations Manager
Luke is in charge of all things operations; cleaning, maintenance, repairs, logistics, customer service. He manages field staff, vendors, and more. Luke has blended his years of experience as a senior project manager at a large scale luxury home builder, with his local knowledge and hospitality instincts to evolve into a key member of our management team. As a professional problem solver, Luke is dedicated to providing excellent guest satisfaction while ensuring our owner’s assets are cared for to the utmost degree. Luke has a BS in Business Administration from Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village, NV and currently resides in Truckee, CA.
