Overview
This modest but comfortable home has it all, Lake View, Hot Tub and Pet Friendly. Silver Tip has a fully stocked deck with a BBQ, hot tub and patio furniture that looks out over Lake Tahoe. This home also includes Tahoe Park Association HOA (see below)
The master bedroom is located upstairs while the two other rooms are located down stairs, one with a full and a single and the other with a queen.
The living area has cozy wood burning stove, comfortable sofas and large television, a perfect place to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking. THERE IS NO PHONE SERVICE AT THIS HOME. GUESTS MUST USE CELL PHONE.
