There is a room on the lower level with a twin over full bunk bed in it. The owners use this room as a 4th bedroom, but it doesn't have any windows. If used, the sleeping capacity of the home could be up to 9.
There is a short but steep grade from the home to the lake.
The back deck is very high.

This home is laid out wonderfully for a vacation rental. You enter into the open and inviting greatroom to see beautiful lake views. On the upper level you'll find the living room complete with flat screen TV, wood fireplace, newly remodeled kitchen and large deck. Down the hall you'll fine a very comfortable master bedrooom with King Bed and bath glass shower.
Downstairs the family room is spacious and also includes a second wood fireplace and flatscreen TV. The remaining bedrooms are located down the hall and share a large hall bath.In the summer you're also an easy walk to the beach and lake front tennis courts!
