Perhaps the best thing about this house is the location… it is easy to get to, central to both Alpine Meadows & Squaw Valley. In the winter, guests can avoid the sometimes crowded parking lot at Alpine Meadows Ski Area and walk to the community shuttle stop (less than 100 yrds away). During the summer months, the house is center to world class hiking and mountain biking. The Truckee River is close by for river rafting, kayaking, and fishing. The bike path is about a mile and a half away, where you can travel North to the Village at Squaw Valley, or South to Tahoe City, the beaches of Lake Tahoe, and beyond.
