Overview
If you are looking for a nice, large, 3 BR Vacation Rental in a prime North Tahoe location, the Wildwood Retreat is perfect for you! This 2500 square foot cabin offers tremendous bang for the buck. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, quartzite floors, and new stainless appliances. Guests will enjoy the open living space with a cozy wood stove tucked into the rock hearth, and large entertaining deck off of the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom is well appointed with a walk in closet and remodeled master bath and soaking tub with Jacuzzi and double vanity. The game room, located downstairs is complete with a full size pool table and wood stove. The third bedroom is also located on the lower level.
The large back deck features a hot tub, and is situated along side a greenbelt, so there is plenty of open space around the property. The front deck features a gas BBQ. The house is situated in Tahoe Vista, walking distance to the North Shore recreational area with soccer, softball, tennis, picnicking, winter sledding and snowmobiling, and beautiful walking and biking trails. Just 1/4 mile from from the sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of North Tahoe.
