Overview
West Shore Retreat is a great family friendly vacation home. This 2100+ sq foot home is located in the highly desirable McKinney Rubicon Springs development on the west shore. Upon entering you'll notice the recently remodeled kitchen with top of the line appliances, gas stove, and granite countertops. The dining area opens up to a great deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The comfortable living room features a wood burning stove as well.
Upstairs, large groups will appreciate the oversized loft-style fourth bedroom. With a queen, double, and twin bed AND a sofa sleeper, everyone will find a sleeping space! Across the hall the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, gas fireplace and access to the second story deck with a hot tub to relax in.
In the winter you are just minutes to Homewood Ski Resort and a 20-minute drive to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. During the summer enjoy hiking trails, Meeks Bay, Sugar Pine Point beaches, mountain biking and the famous Rubicon Trial, all just minutes away.
