Disclosures: There is a small storage loft on the property floor plan. This is not included as a bedroom. Although there is a futon in the loft, TahoeGetaways does not include this in the sleeping capacity. It is used as storage. The driveway may be considered steep by some standards. There is no garage. 4x4 transportation strongly suggested during the snow season. Well traveled pets welcome on a case by case basis.

Very comfortable and newly updated vacation home in Squaw Valley has big views across the valley including KT-22 & Headwall. There are two master suites and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom.

- Desirable Squaw Valley Location- short distance to the Village at Squaw Valley for shopping, dining, and family friendly activities. With a location like this, there is no excuse for not getting first chair on a powder day!

The bed configuration comfortably sleeps 7 to10 people (if you include the full sized sleeper sofa in the living room); perfect for two families to enjoy vacation time together, but cozy enough to make vacation memories for generations to come.
Valley View at Squaw is a GREAT ski lease home. It is available for $5,000/month for 4 months with Jan Start or $5250/month for 5 mo Dec - May.
